The private tour optimizes your trip and allows you to visit the main small villages and lakes in a single day.
The points we will visit are: Lungern, Iseltwald, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Blausee and Interlaken (optional). The long trip to the Alps worth it since the beginning with the beautiful landscapes viewed from the window in a very comfortably luxury van Mercedes V Class. As the tour is private, we will shape it to your own wishes and schedule, so that you enjoy every second of the day, without any hurry.
The first stop is at Lungern, a natural lake located at 35 minutes from Lucerne. This is a quick stop, just for some pictures.
The second stop is at a viewpoint above Lungern, with a panoramic view of the lake. This stop is also very quick, just for photos.
At our third stop, we’ll take a short 5-minute walk through the fairytale-like fishing village called Iseltwald. We’ll pass by the pier where scenes from the Korean movie Crash Landing on You were filmed…
From the pier we will continue walking through the village of Iseltwald, with wooden houses which were built from the 16th to the 18th century, until you reach the peninsula overlooking the castle of Iseltwald.
From Iseltwald we will continue the tour to Lake Blausee, in a journey that takes approximately 50 minutes. From the Blausee parking to the lake, it takes approximately a 10-minute walk.
Arriving the lake, we’ll take a walk around and have lunch at the restaurant next door overlooking the blue waters of the Blausee.
Thanks to its very special color and the crystal clear water, which has its source in subterranean springs, Blausee is one of the best known mountain lakes in Switzerland. It is located in the midst of a 20 hectare large nature park with a landscape formed by a rock slide that led to the creation of the lake.
After lunch, we’ll drive for 1 hour to reach Lauterbrunnen, a valley with 72 waterfalls. We will walk along the main street and stop at a hidden bench with the best view of the village for photos.
Our last stop will be in Grindelwald, a village considered one of the most charming in the country and in the world.
That typical landscape you imagine when you think of Switzerland: this is Grindelwald!
Surrounded by a mountainscape, Grindelwald is one of the top places to visit in Switzerland, after all, we are in the Swiss Alps!
Imposing mountains surround the slopes dotted with pretty little chalets, Grindelwald is a unique Alpine landscape and the tour will end with a 20 minute walk along the main street of Grindelwald. After such an intense day and full of new memories, you can say that you truly got to know Switzerland and its charms.
The guide who will accompany you through all points of the trip loves to take pictures and will make beautiful portraits that will be sent at the end of the tour.
